Blekko is dubbed as a spam free search engine. But it’s a fantastic SEO Tool as well. You can access the SEO data of a domain name by searching with the /seo slashtag, e.g., microsoft.com /seo. It shows the Backlinks, Duplicate Content, Outbound Links and Crawl Stats. Blekko can also be used for Competitive Analysis by entering another domain name to compare with.

Open Site Explorer dubbed as the “The Search Engine for Links” is the most popular Backlink Checker Tool Online. It’s a premium tool but you can still use it with limited features. Open Site Explorer tracks the Backlinks and shows the Anchor Texts, Page Authority and Domain Authority of your linking pages.
13. Link Diagnosis
Link Diagnosis is a 100% Free Backlink Checker Tool but requires you to install it’s Firefox Add-on for a more comprehensive data. It shows the Anchor, PageRank, MozRank, SEOmoz Page Authority and SEOmoz Domain Authority of your backlinks. Link Diagnosis is the perfect alternative to Open Site Explorer.
Ahrefs shows detailed analysis of your backlinks like Total Number of Backlinks (from Unique IPs, Subnets, Domains), Top Referring Top Level Domains, Backlink Types, and Anchor Texts.
